to sign in to the parental centre, where you can
select a payment plan.

You will then be transferred to our payment page
on Pay Pal. Click the button at the end of the sentence
'If you do not currently have a Pay Pal account'.
You will then be able to use your credit/debit card
to pay for your subscription. You will also gain
a Pay Pal account which is widely accepted by online
merchants and is the easiest way to pay for goods
and services.
How
do I create email accounts for my family?

click on the 'create email account(s)'
link. You will be transferred to
the create email page where you
can create an account for your family
member. Remember to click the "submit" button
to actually tell our system to
create an account.

How
do I manage the list of safe email senders?
Log on to the parental center your email address
and password. Using the drop down box, select the
child for whom you wish to setup. Then click on
'setup safe address book'. You either add an email address
to your child's safe address book (eg. School friend)
or you can add the sender to the family safe address
book (eg grand parent). You can also blacklist
an email address by selecting the deny box and clicking
submit.
How
do I review email from non approved senders?
Log on to the parental center using
your email address and password.
Select an email address from the
drop down box. Then click on pending
email. Click on the email that you
wish to review. If the email is appropriate
for your child to see, you can click on the 'this
is not spam' button. Only do this if you wish to
add the sender to your child's trusted email list
and allow future emails to pass straight to your
child's inbox folder. As a default, we will still
send an email to the pending folder if it contains
an attachment (photo, movie clip, etc). This is because
it is possible for spammers to spoof a sender's email
address. The effect is that an email that appeared
to come from a trusted sender could in fact be a
spammer. To transfer the email to your child's inbox,
go to the pending email page. Select the check box
next to the email and click move. This will move
the message to your child's inbox. They will then
be able to view the email.
Can
I view the inbox of each of my children's email accounts?
Log on to the parental center using your email address
and password. Select an email address from the drop
down box. Then click on inbox. This will take you
to your child's inbox folder. |
