EZEZPZ LLC reserves the right to change the eZpZemail
service terms and conditions at any time by posting
changes online. You are responsible for regularly reviewing
information posted online so as to obtain timely notice
of such changes. You primary email address will also
be emailed any changes to terms and conditions. Your
continued use of the eZpZemail service after changes
are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement
as modified by the posted changes.
Whilst EZEZPZ LLC endeavours to ensure that the
eZpZemail service is normally available 24 hours a
day, EZEZPZ LLC will not be liable if for any reason
the eZpZemail service is unavailable at any time or
for any period.
Access to the eZpZemail service may be suspended
temporarily or permanently and without notice.
Users agree to use the eZpZemail service only for
the legal purposes of providing safe email services
for their dependent children.
Guardians and parents are wholly responsible in
all respects for the setting up and operation of their
children's email accounts.

all respects for checking emails from un-trusted sources
and deciding whether the content is suitable for their

Users warrant that they are the bona fide guardians
or parents of the children for whom they are setting
up accounts. If EZEZPZ LLC discovers users contravening
this condition, their service will be immediately suspended
indefinitely, and reported to law enforcement authorities.
EZEZPZ LLC shall not be liable for any damages including,
without limitation, damages for loss of business or
loss of profits, arising in contract, tort or otherwise
from the use of, or inability to use, the eZpZemail
service.
EZEZPZ LLC accepts no responsibility for the content
of any site to which a hypertext link from the eZpZemail
service exists. The links are provided "as is" with
no warranty, express or implied, for the information
provided within them.
By accessing any part of the eZpZemail service you
shall be deemed to have accepted these eZpZemail service
terms in full.
Access to the FREE eZpZemail
email address is conditional to signing up for a
28 day trial and subscribing to one of the eZpZemail
membership plans.
These eZpZemail service terms shall be governed
by and construed in accordance with
US Law.
If any of these eZpZemail service terms should be
determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable
by reason of the laws of any state or country in which
these eZpZemail service terms are intended to be effective,
then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which
that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it
shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the
remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain
in full force and effect and continue to be binding
and enforceable.
